The Senior Specialist – Product Owner will oversee the vision, development, and optimization of the MADAPI platform. This individual will maintain a prioritized backlog, guide agile delivery teams, and align platform objectives with broader digital transformation strategies. The role requires collaboration with technical, design, and business stakeholders to ensure feature alignment, compliance with policies, and enhanced platform performance. The Product Owner will use data insights and user feedback to drive platform evolution and champion innovation in product delivery.

How to Apply
Define and execute a strategic roadmap for the MADAPI platform aligned with business priorities
Maintain a well-prioritized product backlog balancing business value and technical feasibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, UX/UI, compliance, and architects) to align product development and delivery
Gather, document, and validate user stories and acceptance criteria
Serve as the central decision-maker on product-related matters and deliver regular stakeholder updates
Monitor platform performance metrics (e.g., API uptime, response times, user adoption, and satisfaction)
Leverage analytics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform decisions
Ensure platform compliance with internal governance, security, and data protection regulations
Identify innovation opportunities and integrate emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence across agile teams

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Certification in Product Ownership or Agile Delivery (e.g., POPM) is required
Experience
8–10 years of experience in Product Ownership or Product Management roles
Experience in Business Analysis or Solution Architecture in a digital or software environment
Technical background with knowledge of APIs, Microservices, and AI (advantageous)
Skills and Competencies
Strong experience in agile methodologies and leading agile squads
Proven ability to deliver scalable digital products or platforms
Skilled in project estimation, backlog grooming, and stakeholder management
Ability to deliver compelling presentations to senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Results-driven, with a strong focus on delivery excellence and innovation
