Job Description

The Senior Sales Lead (Country Manager) will be responsible for driving the company’s go-to-market strategy and achieving annual revenue targets across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda. The role involves building strong relationships with C-level executives, identifying and closing high-value B2B deals, and managing multi-country operations. The successful candidate will oversee client onboarding, guide regional project delivery in collaboration with internal teams, and monitor market trends, pipeline health, and performance metrics. The role is central to strengthening Infinion’s brand presence and accelerating digital transformation across East Africa.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within IT, digital transformation, or Microsoft ecosystem environments.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing multi-country operations.

  • Strong negotiation, leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Deep understanding of enterprise technology solutions and regional market dynamics.

  • Ability to influence strategic decisions at senior executive levels.
