Job Description
As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll drive impactful design initiatives that help users connect with Toggl's value. You’ll work cross-functionally to shape product experiences across Toggl Track, Toggl Focus, Toggl Work, and Toggl Hire—especially focusing on monetization aspects like subscriptions and pricing. This includes conducting user research, building scalable design systems, and ensuring intuitive user journeys. You’ll be part of a remote team collaborating mostly asynchronously, with regular virtual meetings held during European morning hours.

Collaborate with product managers and developers to identify design opportunities
Create and scale design patterns related to subscription and pricing across Toggl products
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions
Deliver high-quality prototypes, wireframes, and user flows
Align design strategy with user needs and business growth objectives
Contribute actively to Toggl’s design community and culture
Participate in scheduled team meetings (typically between 08:00 and 12:00 UTC)

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proven experience in designing and launching SaaS products
Strong ownership of design projects from concept to execution
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong user empathy and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment
Skilled in design tools and methods for user research and prototyping
Team player who values constructive feedback and collaboration
