Job Description
The Senior Manager, Right Fit Evidence (RFE) leads advisory engagements with partners to improve their monitoring, evaluation, and learning systems. This role involves managing a portfolio of projects and providing high-level technical expertise in data-driven decision making at Innovations for Poverty Action.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Right Fit Evidence (RFE) advisory projects for various partners.
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers and associates to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance on the design and implementation of M&E systems and impact evaluations.
- Collaborate with IPA country office leadership to develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Contribute to the global RFE unit's knowledge management and methodology development.
