Job Description
The Senior IT Officer will oversee the installation, maintenance, and integration of IT infrastructure across the bank, supporting digital platforms and ensuring high system availability. The role includes managing IT projects related to system upgrades and compliance, supporting end-users, and coordinating with internal and external teams for efficient service delivery. This individual will play a strategic role in automation initiatives and expansion efforts, including branches and ATM networks.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) in Routing and Switching.
ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, systems integration, and user support, preferably within banking or financial services.
Key Competencies
Strong project management skills
Excellent troubleshooting and user support capabilities
Strategic thinking and ability to automate processes
Good communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with banking systems and regulatory standards
