Job Description
The Senior Fullstack Developer will lead the design, development, and deployment of secure, scalable digital applications to support customer engagement and core operations. The position plays a critical role in transforming the digital landscape, including migrating from monolithic to microservices architecture and building integrations within an AWS cloud-native environment. The developer will use modern technologies such as React, Node.js, Java, and Python, and work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring high standards in coding, documentation, and governance. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior developers, ensuring system uptime, and contributing to operational efficiency through innovation and automation.

How to Apply
Lead development of new features for the customer investment portal
Migrate legacy systems to microservices architecture on AWS
Design and maintain scalable fullstack applications using modern languages/frameworks (React, Node.js, Python, Java)
Build and optimize databases and ensure seamless integration of front and back-end systems
Implement TDD, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices
Oversee system documentation, API specs, and user guides
Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment in AWS
Perform code reviews, quality assurance, and technical support
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical architecture
Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of learning and innovation
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
Professional certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Certified ScrumMaster) preferred
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in fullstack development
Proven experience with AWS services: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, etc.
Proficient in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
Back-end expertise with Node.js, Python, Java, or Go
Solid experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
Familiar with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, payment gateway integrations
Experience in DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development
