The Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer will be managing the schedules and communications of the Chief executives Officer and Supervise All Administrative roles, we are specifically looking for individuals with expertise in the role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the Chief Executive Officer’s (CEO’s) calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
Managing IT related and social media issues with ease.
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the CEO.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
Prioritize emails and respond to them where necessary.
Coordinate CEO’s travel arrangements.
Oversee the mentainance of various records and documents for UWESO.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor degree in BBA, IT.
Office management & Secretarial Studies will be an added advantage.
At least 2-years of experience in similar position.
Experience working with Non-governmental organizations is an added advantage.
Ability to work with numerous computer software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A strong ability to research information on the internet and any other sources of data.
An awareness of current affairs with the ability to have a good grasp news..
