How to Apply
Execute necessary bookkeeping as well as prepare accounting reports.
Prepare and coordinate donor-specific audits/assessments.
Review and maintain the integrity of the clients ’periodic financial reports.
Perform and review periodic reconciliations between the general ledger and the underlying records on behalf of clients.
Prepare and review financial statements and reports on behalf of clients.
Ensure that the Firm’s quality control procedures are adhered to.
Carry out and manage the treasury function on behalf of clients.
Support the development and implementation of policies, systems, and procedures to ensure clients maintain strong and sound internal controls.
Provide appropriate and actionable business advisory to clients.
Establish a close working relationship with clients and other stakeholders.
Contribute toward the achievement of the financial target of the Firm by registering an annual utilization of at least 70%.
Contribute towards business development efforts of the Firm by identifying opportunities for serving existing or new clients
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or other related fields.
Completed ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or outsourcing services.
Knowledge of QuickBooks and other accounting software applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytical tools.
