Security Supervisor job at Finance Trust Bank
Finance Trust Bank
Maintains Bank safety and secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
Plan and coordinate operations of Physical Security officers in line with security policy and guidelines in accordance with the bank’s Performance Management guidelines.
Provide technical advice on requirements and specifications for existing and/or new building security systems including access control, intruder alarms, fire/smoke detection systems, and CCTV system.
Undertake Security/emergency procedure checks to ensure compliance with regard to the bank’s premises/physical security policy and standards, fire systems, fire prevention, access control, CCTV system and emergency procedures.
Conduct Security awareness programs to all bank staff
Implement security risk assessment and review programs, ensuring timely identification of threats and development of cost-effective security counter measures.
Coordinate crime detection, arrest of wrong doers and escort suspects to police in line with laid down security procedures.
Receive, analyze periodic security reports received from branches and compile comprehensive physical security report as per laid down security guidelines.

Minimum educational and technical competence requirements:
A Degree in a relevant field.
Qualifications and/or certification in security management trainings is required.
Knowledge in investigation is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in security management in a reputable organization or firm, 3 of which in CCTV management.
