The bank offers a variety of Products and services including; Savings, Current accounts, Loans, Money transfer services and Bills payments to its target market which comprises of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs, salary earners and youth.
Job Summary: The Security Officer will be responsible for all matters relating to the security of the bank’s premises, property staff, customers, emergencies and evacuations.

Ensure effective implementation and enforcement of security systems and procedures that provide a safe and secure environment for business operations in the bank.
Ensure bank premises are well prepared in case of fire, and other threats that may disrupt operations.
Ensure that all security systems are in good working condition and liaise with Administration Manager to ensure that any malfunction is promptly attended to and rectified within agreed service standards.
Provide guidance on best practice security standards and solutions and maintain a secure environment.
Carry out security and safety awareness training for staff.
Conduct thorough and comprehensive investigations relating to security incidents, manage scenes of crime and liaise with law enforcers and security service providers.
Conducting security risk assessment.
Any other work-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field from a recognized University.
At least five years of experience gained via service in the police, military, security Agency or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Proven Knowledge of national security laws and procedures
Excellent Command of written and spoken English.
Good communication skills.
