As a Security Guard at K Hotels, you play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the guests, staff, and property. You’ll maintain a vigilant presence, respond to incidents, and uphold the highest standards of security protocols.
Responsibilities:
Surveillance and Monitoring:
Monitor guests and visitors to ensure a safe and secure hotel environment.
Use surveillance cameras and other security equipment effectively.
Detect and address suspicious activities promptly.
Emergency Response:
Respond swiftly to emergency situations (e.g., medical incidents, fire alarms, disturbances).
Provide assistance to guests in distress.
Coordinate with relevant authorities when necessary.
Access Control and Guest Interaction:
Ensure guests sign in upon arrival and exit.
Familiarize guests with hotel rules and regulations.
Handle trespassers or unwanted individuals professionally.
Regular Reporting:
Maintain accurate incident logs and security reports.
Report to supervisors regularly on security matters.
