Job Description
The Secondary Bible Teaching Assistant will work alongside the lead Bible teacher to plan and implement Christ-centered instruction, encourage student discipleship, and provide classroom and extracurricular support. Responsibilities include lesson preparation, supervising students in the absence of the teacher, supporting diverse learning needs, assisting with assessments, and engaging in staff devotions, school events, and community activities. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, a heart for Christian ministry, and a willingness to serve in multiple capacities within a multicultural environment.

Develop tools to support the Insights team in program execution.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Population Studies, Public Health, or related social sciences.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, R, STATA, SPSS, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience in the public health sector (advantage).
Based in Portugal, South Africa, Uganda, or Nigeria (mandatory).
Competencies:
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.
Comfortable working in multicultural, dynamic environments.
