Job Description
Hope Integrated Secondary School is seeking proactive, energetic, and passionate individuals to join our team as School Marketers. The ideal candidates will play a key role in promoting the school, increasing enrollment, building strong relationships with parents, communities, and partner institutions, and enhancing the visibility and reputation of the school.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Promote the school’s academic programs, values, and services to prospective students, parents, and communities
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to increase student enrollment
- Visit primary schools, churches, community organizations, and other target groups to share information about the school
- Assist in organizing and participating in school promotional events, exhibitions, and community engagements
- Manage inquiries from prospective parents and provide accurate and timely information
- Support digital and social media marketing initiatives where applicable
- Collect feedback from the community to support improvement of school services
- Prepare simple marketing reports and updates for management
