This role involves recruiting and leading sales agents, training and supporting them to meet individual and team sales targets, and maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio. The Sales Team Leader will enforce compliance with lending policies, contribute to timely loan approvals, and ensure top-tier customer service. Leadership, planning, and fraud prevention are central to this position.

How to Apply
Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly portfolio growth and quality.
Recruit and manage sales agents/loan officers to meet branch targets.
Design and execute staff retention plans.
Train and support agents regularly on product and company processes.
Supervise and ensure agents meet monthly sales and loan quality targets.
Participate in loan committee meetings to appraise and approve loans in compliance with policy.
Uphold a zero-tolerance culture toward fraud within the team.
Maintain high customer satisfaction in alignment with the company’s service charter.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of two years’ relevant experience, including at least one year in a leadership position.
Strong knowledge of customer service and credit/lending principles.
Competency in office administration and computer applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership, planning, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Interpersonal and soft skills including listening and stress management.
