Sales Representatives job at DEED Microfinance
DEED Microfinance
Hiring sales representatives involves identifying candidates with the skills, experience, and personal attributes necessary to effectively promote and sell products or services.
Sales Generation: Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert leads into sales.
Client Interaction: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Product Feedback: Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and experiences.
Learning and Development
Training: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and sales techniques.
Feedback: Open to receiving and acting on feedback to improve sales performance.
Availability
Work Hours: Full-time position, typically requiring standard business hours, but flexibility for evenings and weekends may be needed based on client schedules and sales targets.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
A diploma or degree in Marketing, or Bachelors in Microfinance, or any Business related discipline.
Experience:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
Previous experience in a microfinance institution or financial services sector is a plus.
