Job Description
Turnkey Africa is a leading Pan-African insurance technology and services provider. We develop, supply and manage end-to-end insurance business software solutions and services for the insurance industry.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new insurance agents onto the platform
- Conduct demos and explain the value of Agencify clearly and confidently
- Support agents to complete onboarding and make their first transaction
- Maintain strong follow-up to convert leads into active transacting agents
- Build relationships with agents and keep them engaged through campaigns, updates, and support
- Track pipeline progress and update CRM daily
- Contribute directly to WAT growth and GWP generation
