Job Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for ensuring the availability and visibility of Coca-Cola products within the assigned territory. This includes implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer accounts, growing the customer base, executing market activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires frequent market visits, collection of market intelligence, and proactive resolution of sales challenges. The incumbent will report to the respective Territory Manager.

How to Apply
Achieve territory sales targets and grow market share.
Ensure product availability and visibility in all assigned outlets.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Execute promotional and merchandising activities as planned.
Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends.
Identify new sales opportunities and develop them into accounts.
Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Accurately maintain records, prepare daily sales reports, and submit them to management.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, and interests.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Territory Manager.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
