The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including prospecting and generating leads, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site role, and candidates must be located in Kampala.

Generating Leads:
Researching and identifying potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Developing strategies to attract and engage prospective customers.
Building and Maintaining Relationships:
Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understanding clients' needs and providing appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Product or Service Presentation:
Presenting products or services to potential clients through demonstrations, meetings, and presentations.
Communicating the features, benefits, and unique selling points of products or services effectively.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Negotiating terms and conditions of sales agreements to meet both customer and company needs.
Closing sales deals and achieving sales targets within specified timeframes.
Market Analysis and Research:
Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Analyzing data to develop insights and strategies for optimizing sales performance.
Sales Planning and Strategy:
Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Setting individual and team sales goals and implementing action plans to accomplish them.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good reporting skills
