Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. You will actively promote Zanibal's suite of software solutions, engage with prospective clients, understand their business processes, and demonstrate how our technology can meet their needs. You must be comfortable navigating complex sales, delivering high-impact presentations, and maintaining accurate sales records in the CRM system.

Follow up on inbound leads via phone, email, and website inquiries
Qualify and nurture leads from interest to closing
Respond promptly and professionally to prospect inquiries
Present tailored product demonstrations and business solutions
Educate prospects on Zanibal’s products and services
Maintain updated CRM records, sales pipeline, and forecasting data
Support lead generation efforts, including cold calling if required
Maintain and submit necessary sales documentation and reports
Collaborate with Accounting on collections when needed
Stay current on company offerings, market trends, and competitors
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
BA/BSc/HND in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in software or enterprise application sales
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Experience selling CRM, ERP, Financial Services, or Capital Market solutions preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
Understanding of the financial services industry is a plus
Tech-savvy with a former technical background considered an advantage
Self-motivated “hunter” personality with high energy
