Job Description

A **Sales Executive** is a professional who sets annual sales goals for the company and works towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Manager and Sales Associates. The job involves setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads, converting them into paid users or customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement Planning

  • Client Relationship Management Attending to client inquiries

  • Following up with customers for payment issues

  • Market Research and Monitoring

  • Meeting Sales Targets

  • Customer Service Satisfaction

  • Participate in business planning and target setting Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales

  • cycle


Conduct Market Research:

  • Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.


Client Meetings:

  • Set up meetings with potential clients.

  • Listen to their wishes and concerns.


Presentations:

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.


Stock Management:

  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.


Participate in Events:

  • Represent the company in exhibitions or conferences.


Negotiate and Close Deals:

  • Handle complaints or objections from clients


Collaborate with Team Members:

  • Work with colleagues to achieve better results.


Gather Feedback:

  • Collect feedback from customers or prospects and share it with intern

Qualifications and Competencies

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field with 3 years of experience.

• Any experience in sales in a commercial entity, preferably broadcasting, advertising and PR related operations
