Job Description
The primary purpose of this role is to help the company obtain better brand recognition and drive financial growth. The Sales Executive will coordinate with company executives, sales, and marketing professionals to review current market trends and propose new business ideas that improve revenue margins.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of strategies to ensure EARS is top of mind for clients and customers.
- Actively look for opportunities to add value to our clients' brands.
- Conduct regular formal and informal meetings to propose new ideas, and attend relevant conferences and industry events.
- Participate in business planning and target setting.
- Ensure all projects are costed profitably and oversee timely revenue collection.
- Acquire new clients and identify new opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives.
- Pursue leads and seamlessly move them through the sales cycle.
- Consistently analyze business performance against targets to bridge any variances.
