The job holder will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong relationships with customers. He/She will be responsible for selling company's products to distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders, while also identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the development of sales strategies.

  • Achieve sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and growing existing accounts. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to customers.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, bars, restaurants, and other relevant stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and orders, providing exceptional service and support.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to penetrate new markets, increase product visibility, and drive revenue growth.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to secure profitable deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.

  • Stay informed about company's product portfolio, including ingredients, production processes, and unique selling points. Provide training and support to customers and sales team members to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including licensing, labeling, and advertising guidelines by staying updated on changes in legislation and industry standards that may impact sales practices.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

  • 3 years of proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the alcohol and beverage or a related industry

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
