Job Description
Gambe Supply and Logistics is seeking two trustworthy, organized, and customer-focused Sales Clerks/Cashiers to handle daily sales transactions, customer service, and record keeping.
The successful candidates will be responsible for processing payments, entering sales into the computer system, issuing receipts, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive and attend to customers professionally.
- Enter sales transactions accurately into the computer/POS system.
- Process cash, mobile money, and bank payments.
- Issue receipts and invoices to customers.
- Balance cash at the end of each shift/day.
- Maintain accurate daily sales records and reports.
- Assist in stock monitoring and reporting low stock levels.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the sales area.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support other office and store operations when required.
