Job Description
A water factory at Ikorodu is seeking for immediate employment a sales and marketing officer. The candidate should be a very proactive and results-driven individual, be able to promote our products, grow our customer base, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute marketing and sales activities to promote the company's products.
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the customer base.
- Accompany the production team during deliveries to engage with existing clients, introduce the company, and build direct relationships for future business.
- Manage customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product supply.
- Ensure timely collection of payments using the company's Moniepoint POS system; accept cash payments and pay into company account where applicable.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive client database, including names, phone numbers, and addresses.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
