Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the Commercial Sales function to achieve company objectives in volumes, profitability, market share, and customer growth. This role focuses on strengthening the Lubricants and LPG business while identifying new opportunities in the Fuel B2B sector.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:Commercial & Business Development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and commercial plans to deliver sales growth, profitability, and market share objectives
  • Manage and grow B2B customer portfolios across Fuels, LPG, Lubricants, and Reseller channels
  • Drive sales growth in the existing Lubricants and LPG business through customer acquisition, retention, and stronger market coverage
  • Generate and convert new commercial leads across industrial, commercial, reseller, and institutional segments
  • Support the development of Fuel B2B opportunities by identifying secure deals with proper credit, payment, pricing, and risk controls
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and provide regularmupdates on lead conversion progress and expected business impact
  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and customer segments to support sustainable business growth
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer requirements to maximize commercial opportunities
Team Leadership & People Management
  • Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate the Commercial Sales team to achieve agreed objectives and KPIs
  • Support succession planning and staff development through continuous coaching and performance management
  • Foster a results-oriented, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the team
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and identification of training opportunities for the commercial team
Financial & Operational Management
  • Hold accountability for commercial sales performance including volumes, revenue, margins, forecasting, and collection of trade receivables
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, sales analysis, forecasts, and business performance updates
  • Monitor budgeting and expense control within the Commercial Sales function
  • Support management in evaluating investment opportunities and commercial projects
  • Ensure proper follow-up on customer payments, overdue accounts, and commercial risks
Governance, Reporting & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting procedures, communication protocols, and business conduct standards
  • Maintain proper coordination and alignment with management before sharing external or corporate communications and reports
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of commercial reports and business analysis
  • Promote operational discipline, accountability, and proper communication within the team
HSE & Business Conduct
  • Promote a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible work culture
  • Support HSE awareness initiatives and ensure compliance with company safety standards
