Job Description

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for IT hardware products, meeting sales targets, managing client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies. The role includes conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes, providing after-sales support, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The candidate will also coordinate with internal technical teams for sourcing and delivery of products and contribute to market analysis and forecasting.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B and B2C sales opportunities in the IT hardware space

  • Promote and sell desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, and UPS systems

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, vendors, and distribution partners

  • Provide technical information, product demonstrations, and price quotations

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to boost sales

  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations

  • Coordinate product delivery and sourcing with internal teams

  • Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market insights

  • Deliver excellent after-sales service and ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT product sales or hardware distribution

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Good understanding of IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, copiers, UPS)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and online sales tools

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Target-driven, adaptable, and able to work under pressure

  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships

Preferred:

  • Existing client base in corporate, education, or retail sectors

  • Certification or training in IT hardware sales

  • Valid driver’s license for field visits
