Job Description
Responsible for providing high-level HSE support and expertise to rig operations at the Tilenga oilfield. The role ensures the effective implementation of the QHSE management system, supervises site safety, and leads safety training for personnel to ensure zero harm during operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- The supervisor monitors sites for safety compliance.
- The role includes leading weekly meetings and crew training.
- Staff must inspect fire and well-control equipment regularly.
- The position requires auditing high-risk work permits.
- The coordinator manages environment and crew health programs.
- Personnel must maintain POB systems for emergency tracking.
