Research & Learning Internship job at Asigma

As an intern in the Research and Learning Department at ASIGMA, you'll dive into a diverse array of tasks and projects, all designed to bolster the firm's research initiatives and learning programs.
Literature Review: Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing literature, academic papers, industry reports, and other sources to gather insightful information on specific topics.
Data Collection: Gather primary and secondary data through surveys, interviews, and various other data collection methods.
Data Analysis: Use statistical tools and software to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, uncovering trends, patterns, and valuable insights.
Research Reports: Assist in writing and editing research reports, white papers, and policy briefs.
Presentation: Summarize research findings and prepare engaging presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Content Development: Help create and develop learning materials, such as training manuals, e-learning modules, and instructional videos.

Current Enrollment or Recent Graduate: Pursuing or having completed a degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
Academic Performance: Strong academic record demonstrating proficiency in relevant coursework.
Experience
Relevant Coursework: Completion of coursework related to research methods, data analysis, or educational theory.
Prior Experience (optional): Previous internships, research assistant positions, or volunteer work in a related field can be beneficial.
Skills and Competencies
Research Skills: Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and generate insights. Proficiency in using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, STATA) or qualitative analysis tools (e.g., NVivo) is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with team members.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in research and documentation.
Technical Skills
Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Data Analysis Software: Experience with statistical analysis software or qualitative research tools is beneficial.
Learning Management Systems (optional): Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies can be an advantage.
