Job Description
As a Virtual Assistant with NoGigiddy, you will play an essential role as your client’s trusted partner. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing communications, preparing presentations, handling CRM updates, coordinating events and travel, and providing project assistance. You will also be expected to contribute to workflow development, research, and occasional personal support tasks. The role is well-suited to individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and tech-savvy, with strong communication and organizational skills. This is a 1099 contractor role, giving you the freedom to choose your workload while receiving personalized support and access to a diverse client base.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage executives’ calendars, schedules, and appointments.
Organize and respond to emails and other communications.
Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
Manage social media accounts and content.
Develop workflows, processes, and organizational structures.
Conduct research and recommend technologies or tools.
Update and maintain CRM databases.
Arrange travel, accommodation, and reservations.
Assist with project coordination and event planning.
Provide personal support to executives when required.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
High school diploma or equivalent (higher education an advantage).
Previous experience in administrative support or virtual assistance.
Must be available at least 20 hours per week, Mon–Fri during business hours.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Professional home office setup, including:
Mac/PC with webcam, minimum 1.0 GHz dual-core processor, 8GB RAM.
Reliable internet connection.
Smartphone with email access.
Quiet, designated workspace.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
Must be able to pass a background check (E-Verify).
