The Relationship Manager – Diaspora Banking will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing the diaspora customer base. The role involves promoting CRDB’s diaspora-focused banking products, overseeing customer retention strategies, managing partnerships, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. The position requires travel to international markets and collaboration with Tanzanian communities abroad to achieve strategic business objectives.

How to Apply
Grow and monitor diaspora banking portfolios including deposits, income, and product usage.
Build and sustain strong relationships with diaspora clients and associations globally.
Coordinate internal departments for smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute international sales campaigns and represent the bank in targeted markets.
Analyze global market intelligence and contribute to product development.
Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Support branch and staff training on diaspora products and services.
Ensure compliance with KYC and onboarding procedures.
Prepare performance reports and propose strategic improvements.
Promote a strong sales culture within the bank and ensure excellent customer experience.
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in relationship management or sales.
Strong knowledge of financial products and global diaspora markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage relationships and influence decision-makers.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, customer focus, and teamwork spirit.
Ability to plan, organize, and execute international campaigns.
Proficient in MS Office and digital banking tools.
