To receive, organise and describe records of Survey Mapping. Physical Planning. Land Administration and Registration according to the standards and guidelines:
To implement records retention and disposal schedules:
To provide electronic records management services;
To maintain registries and records centers according to the established standards
To coordinate the transfer of semi-cument records to the strong room;
To manage and store records in the strong room;
To provide technical support to the team
To document and record poor quality records by village and forward it to the Supervisor,
Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Applicants should be Ugandans in possession of an Honours Bachelor's Degree in Library and Information Science; or Records Management from a recognized University/Institution.

Working experience of one (1) year in Records Management
