Job Title:  Quality Control Assistant (Diploma Jobs)

The Quality Control Assistant will support the quality control team in ensuring that products meet the required quality standards and specifications. This role involves conducting inspections, testing materials, and maintaining accurate records of quality control activities. The Quality Control Assistant will play an important role in monitoring production processes, identifying defects, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality guidelines.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • Diploma in Veterinary Medicine or Chemistry or Leather Technology from a recognized Institution.


Experience

  • Three (3) years’ experience in selection processes of leather processing.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants to fill the vacant posts tenable at Kawumu Leather Industry under the State House. Kawumu Leather Industry is a factory operating as a project under State House. Kawumu Leather Industry is producing different types of finished leather for shoes, bags, garments and more mainly from cow hides. The vacancies are on a twelve (12) months renewable contract and attract a competitive salary package.
