Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in upholding and improving the quality of support provided to healthcare workers using Clipboard Health's platform. You will audit agent interactions, identify quality gaps, and offer structured feedback. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence operational improvements. This is a hybrid role where, on occasion, you may be required to provide frontline support during service spikes.

Audit agent interactions (calls, tickets, chats) for compliance, tone, and accuracy using QA rubrics
Identify and document quality gaps, tone mismatches, and compliance issues
Provide clear, structured feedback and coaching notes to drive agent improvement
Collaborate with Team Leads and QA Leads to align expectations and calibrate scoring
Track and monitor quality improvement plans, flagging unresolved issues
Refine QA processes, including scorecards, workflows, and documentation
Lead calibration sessions to ensure consistent QA feedback
Occasionally support frontline queues (calls/chats) as needed
Act as a quality gatekeeper to ensure worker interactions meet excellence standards
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
2+ years of quality assurance experience, including audits and structured feedback
2+ years of customer service or support experience
Excellent attention to detail and structured documentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to remain effective under pressure and during busy periods
Process-driven mindset focused on both people and systems improvements
Customer-centric attitude with commitment to excellent service
Proficient in platforms such as Zendesk, Metabase, or similar tools
Must have:
Minimum 15Mbps wired internet
i5 processor or equivalent
12GB RAM minimum
Quiet working environment with reliable power and internet
