The Motorcenter East Africa Ltd started as Go Nissan Ltd in 2005 as a dealership for Nissan vehicles and Suzuki motorcycles. The 3-S dealership with sales, service and showroom facilities had a mandate to promote and manage the Nissan brand in the Entebbe area. Job Description

The QHSE – Operations Officer will oversee Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across operational activities. The role ensures adherence to standards, promotes a safe working environment, and supports operational efficiency within the dealership.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor QHSE policies and procedures across all departments
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of service, parts, and operational areas
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation measures to maintain a safe work environment
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports for management
  • Train and mentor staff on QHSE best practices and standards
  • Collaborate with operations teams to maintain quality and efficiency in service delivery
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the dealership
