Job Description
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and maintaining the quality of Interviews Chat’s products, including its web application, Chrome extension, desktop application, and mobile app. The role requires designing and executing test plans, identifying and tracking issues, and collaborating closely with developers to ensure smooth releases. You will also be encouraged to introduce and implement automation frameworks for repetitive test cases. The QA Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s QA processes and contributing directly to the reliability and growth of a fast-moving AI startup.

How to Apply
Test new features and bug fixes across all platforms (web, extension, desktop, and mobile apps).
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and regression suites.
Identify, reproduce, and document bugs clearly.
Work closely with developers and the product team to ensure smooth, high-quality releases.
(Optional) Automate repetitive test cases using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.

Experience in software testing (manual or automated).
Strong attention to detail and ability to creatively identify issues.
Experience testing across multiple browsers and devices.

Good written communication in English for effective issue reporting.
Bonus: Experience with automated testing frameworks and CI pipelines.
