Job Description

The role involves leading the implementation of the IB PYP curriculum through instructional mentorship, collaborative planning, and learning resource development. The PYP Teacher Lead will guide teaching staff in adopting effective teaching practices, ensure application of IB standards, support assessment planning, and encourage reflective and inclusive teaching approaches. The role requires fostering a collaborative learning environment, providing coaching for continuous improvement, supporting individual teacher development, and contributing to a culture of innovative and student-centered learning.

Qualifications
