Project Officer involve effectively planning, organizing, and executing projects to achieve desired objectives within specified constraints, while also managing stakeholders, resources, risks, and quality to ensure project success.

  • Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and schedules to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.

  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery.

  • Prepare project status reports and updates for stakeholders, management, or project sponsors.


Stakeholder Communication:

Resource Coordination:

  • Coordinate the allocation and utilization of project resources, including personnel, budget, equipment, and materials.

  • Work closely with team members and external vendors to ensure adequate support and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Identify resource constraints or bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize resource allocation and utilization.

  • A bachelor’s degree in social work,social sciences or related field

  • Atleast 2 years of working experience in community development initiatives

  • Familiar with Microsoft office (word,ppt, excel)

  • Proven organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
