Aitenga Women Empowerment Organisation
Project Officer involve effectively planning, organizing, and executing projects to achieve desired objectives within specified constraints, while also managing stakeholders, resources, risks, and quality to ensure project success.
Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Coordinate project activities, tasks, and schedules to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify potential risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
Prepare project status reports and updates for stakeholders, management, or project sponsors.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, vendors, and other relevant parties.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, or presentations to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns or feedback.
Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
Resource Coordination:
Coordinate the allocation and utilization of project resources, including personnel, budget, equipment, and materials.
Work closely with team members and external vendors to ensure adequate support and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify resource constraints or bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize resource allocation and utilization.

A bachelor’s degree in social work,social sciences or related field
Atleast 2 years of working experience in community development initiatives
Familiar with Microsoft office (word,ppt, excel)
Proven organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
