Job Description
The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering highvoltage substation projects from concept through commissioning. This role ensures that engineering design, procurement, construction, testing, and energization activities are executed safely, on time, and within budget. The manager acts as the primary interface between the client, engineering teams, contractors, and utility stakeholders.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-voltage substation and power line projects from initiation to commissioning.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, testing, and energization activities.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, engineers, contractors, and utility stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance using approved project management tools.
