Job Description
The Project Management Lead will oversee all aspects of real estate project delivery, including planning, design coordination, approvals, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, and project handover. The ideal candidate will develop and manage detailed project plans, ensure resource availability, conduct risk assessments, monitor project performance using relevant tools, and guarantee compliance with statutory and quality standards. The role also involves generating project management revenue and value uplift for the organization.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop project charters and objectives in alignment with organizational goals.
Define project scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Engage stakeholders and statutory bodies to acquire necessary project approvals.
Oversee the full design process (concept to detailed design) and procurement cycle (EOI, RFP, Tender).
Prepare and monitor comprehensive project documentation and plans.
Track progress using performance management tools and adjust plans as necessary.
Manage external vendor contracts and negotiations to ensure profitable outcomes.
Identify and mitigate project risks through structured risk management strategies.
Lead the testing, commissioning, and handover of completed projects to operations teams.
Ensure revenue targets and value enhancement as defined in project contracts are met.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Sciences, or a related field.
Professional certification in Project Management.
Experience:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in project management within the construction industry.
Experience working on active construction sites is essential.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong business acumen and financial analysis capabilities.
Solid understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, and documentation.
Effective communicator and leader with strong organizational skills.
