Job Description
Our client, a construction firm, is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Field Sales Manager to oversee field sales operations and drive project-based sales growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, managing client engagements on-site, and ensuring successful execution of sales strategies in the field.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned regions.
- Manage and coordinate field sales teams to ensure efficiency and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and support sales activities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects in collaboration with internal teams.
