Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management or communication are advantageous.
Experience:
Proven experience in a communications role, preferably within a project management or similar context.
Experience with managing communication plans and strategies for complex projects.
Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to create engaging and clear content for various audiences and platforms.
Proficiency with communication tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, social media, internal communication tools).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello).
Basic knowledge of graphic design and multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
