Job Description
The Programme Assistant for TVET and Industrial Linkages will support RUFORUM's initiatives in stabilizing rural smallholder farming and boosting agricultural innovation through specialized training programs. The role involves coordinating education and training implementations, managing TVET models, and working with multi-stakeholder groups to enhance industrial linkages.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Designing, managing, or implementing TVET programming.
- Applying knowledge of models, key partners, standards, and monitoring systems within the TVET sector.
- Communicating and working in multi-stakeholder groups for the purpose of planning, coordination, and strategy development.
- Implementing and coordinating education and training programs in the field.
