FXB International
The Association François-Xavier Bagnoud (FXB) International FXB in Uganda is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that has been operating in Uganda since 1990. FXB's mission is to fight poverty and HIV/AIDS through its integrated community development model FXBVillage and other interventions benefiting populations living in extreme poverty.
Program Design and Implementation:
Develop and implement programs that promote education and child protection.
Work with stakeholders to design project plans, including objectives, activities, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure programs are aligned with organizational goals and legal standards.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Monitor program activities to ensure they are on track and meeting objectives.
Evaluate program outcomes and impact, using data collection and analysis.
Prepare reports on program progress, challenges, and successes.
Partnership and Collaboration:
Collaborate with government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), community groups, and other partners.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to build partnerships and promote program goals.
Capacity Building:
Train and support staff, volunteers, and partners in program implementation and best practices.
Provide technical assistance in areas such as curriculum development, child protection policies, and advocacy.
Advocacy and Awareness:
Advocate for policies and practices that support education and child protection.
Raise awareness on issues such as child rights, safe learning environments, and access to quality education.
Resource Mobilization:
Identify funding opportunities and assist in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications.
Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

Skills:
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
Knowledge:
Understanding of child rights and protection issues, educational methodologies, and relevant legal frameworks.
Familiarity with international standards and best practices in education and child protection.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office and data management tools.
Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques and tools.
