Strategic Planning and Alignment
Program Strategy Development: Develop program objectives, strategies, and plans to align with organizational goals.
Alignment with Business Goals: Ensure that all projects within the program are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and deliver maximum value.
Program Oversight and Coordination
Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate multiple projects within the program to ensure they are executed effectively and efficiently.
Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources across projects to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Timeline and Budget Management: Develop and manage program timelines and budgets, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Risk Management
Risk Identification: Identify potential risks across the program and develop mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
