How to Apply
Participate in drilling and completion designs review and make recommendations for efficient operations and production.
Provide technical support to on-site production, analyze and solve oil & water wells problems, implement solutions, and evaluate outcomes.
Introduce and apply new technologies related to oil production to achieve high production efficiency and quality.
Improve oil production technology and manage oil & water wells related capital expenditures.
Work on oil & water wells integrity programs and prepare budgets for wells operations, including monitoring expenses and functionality.
Organize wells workover and operations.
Collect wells information and prepare operational and technical reports.
Supervise projects, track costs, schedule various technical projects, and ensure contractor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Supervise and train on-site operations personnel to ensure teamwork and meet company objectives.
Collaborate with partners and service contractors on wells operation matters.
Provide advice for improvement of regulations and rules on operation management and implementation.
Manage production-related contractors.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling and Completion, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including 1 year of on-site field experience.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of exploration, development, production, drilling, and completion.
Knowledge of cost control and laws.
Understanding of petroleum contracts, reservoir, geology, and oil production.
