Job Description
Responsible for operating and maintaining sound integrity of all process machines and equipment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Will be directly responsible for Management and leadership of the Production department, by developing Production plans and ensure smooth efficient manufacturing processes.
- Production Planning and Control.
- Production Process Management & Optimization.
- Quality Compliance
- Ensure production meets food safety standards. (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, or FSSC 22000).
- Reporting & Budgeting
- Networking with other departments, such as quality control, Maintenance, Finance, Procurement &logistics, Human Resources and Exports to ensure a coordinated approach to production.
- Participate in budgeting process and monitor production costs to ensure operations remain within financial targets.
- Ensuring equipment preventive maintenance schedule is followed and updated accordingly including Boiler, air compressors, pumps, pneumatic control & sensors.
