Job Description
To procure goods and services required by the Company in a timely, cost-effective, and transparent manner while ensuring quality and compliance with Company policies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers and quotations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Negotiate prices and delivery terms with suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with stores.
- Verify goods received against purchase orders.
- Prepare procurement reports for Management.
- Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and policies.
