Job Description

The Internship program will provide an opportunity to gain hands on work- experience, expand knowledge, refine career goals and build professional network and mentors

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Gain exposure in Procurement and asset management.
  2. Assist in the sourcing and evaluation process of suppliers
  3. Maintain an up to date list of prequalified suppliers
  4. Perform front office duties such as receiving guests and answering calls.
  5. Offer support services to various departments such as filing, photocopying and scanning
  6. Learn and assist in procurement of items by requisition office supplies and equipment and preparing Local purchase orders, receiving invoices and ensuring suppliers are paid on time.
  7. Maintain up to date database records of suppliers and offer support in stock taking and issuance
  8. Support the administration team in executing activities.
  9. Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
  10. Perform any other assigned duties from time to time.
