Job Description
The role involves hands-on technical work to maintain and repair factory equipment at the company’s new site along the Tema Motorway. Successful candidates will work with a team of technicians to ensure optimal equipment performance and operational efficiency. Preference will be given to individuals residing near the factory.

How to Apply
Perform routine maintenance of machines and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair faults in production systems.
Support equipment installation and setup processes.
Conduct safety checks and ensure equipment compliance.
Maintain records of repair and maintenance activities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
Report any critical maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant technical/artisan field.
Hands-on experience with plant equipment maintenance.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and time management skills.
Residing in or near Comm. 18, Tema Motorway area is an added advantage.
