Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand, niche and recurring positions
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates
- Create and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, referrals and advanced Boolean searches
- Conduct talent market research and mapping activities
- Perform initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience and overall fit
- Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring teams
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, sourcing activity and candidate availability
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition or a related field
- Proven experience building talent pipelines independently
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong research, sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including passive candidate outreach and talent communities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and analytics
